The surrounding post and rail fencing will be replaced like for like and will remain the same height and dimensions as per the current approved fencing. The surface is to be removed and the membrane replaced, the sub-base has become compacted and will need sub-soiling to break up the compaction, the current drainage stone will be re-used with possible addition where necessary to bring back to original levels. The original rubber and sand surface will be topped up and relayed.
