Beaumond House Hospice Care are delighted to be able to invite you to our 2023 Light up a Life services.
Light up a Life has always been an uplifting and meaningful way to remember family and friends whilst supporting the care we provide at Beaumond House.
Christmas can be, for some, a very joyous time, but we recognise that for others that it can be lonely. This year, we hope that you will join us as we gather as a community, supporting each other, sharing memories and lighting candles in memory of those loved ones who are no longer with us.
We would like to invite you to Light up a Life and make a dedication to a loved one. Your dedication is a personal message from you in memory of a loved one which will be displayed in the Book of Remembrance at Beaumond House and at each service.
Dedications are welcome in memory of anyone, not only those with a connection to Beaumond House. When you donate a minimum of £5 per dedication you will be given the opportunity to purchase a limited edition Light up a Life pin badge, which this year is an infinite heart, for an additional £1.

As the handmade baubles were so popular last year we have decided to offer these again. Each bauble has been handmade, with love, by one of the Day Therapy patients at Beaumond House and costs £5. The baubles can be ordered on on the website or via our form. These can be collected
from Beaumond House reception, one of our charity shops (Newark, Collingham and Southwell) or at one of the services.
The services will incorporate readings, songs and time for reflection and remembrance. You can also hang a personalised tag on the Christmas trees
at each of the churches (Tags will be available at each service). In addition to the tags, you will be given the opportunity to light a candle in memory of a loved one. Refreshments and merchandise will be available to purchase at each service.
